Thank You, Masa!

We give thanks for Dear Masa, Queen Bee
Who makes up her own melody.
She brought us along
To sing a new song,
And to help us make music with glee.

So now with much gratitude,
We acknowledge the Bee’s attitude;
With her guitar
She’ll never be far
From a musical, sweet interlude.

We give thanks for all you have given,
For the passion by which you are driven.
Look at this lady
Still graceful past Eighty,
Celebrating this life she is livin’.

Though Masa is feeling some pain,
She graciously calls us by name
To witness her way,
Be present each day
With the LOVE that will always remain.

We give thanks to you Masa, Dear Friend,
And a spirit that never will end.
Thanks for you daring
And caring and sharing,
And for finding what lies ‘round the bend.
